Bangkok Swim Academy offers make-up swimming lessons as a courtesy to all customers who have notified us that they cannot attend one of their scheduled swim classes. 

A minimum of 72hours’ notice must be given for a cancellation of a Learn to Swim lesson. No notification, no make-up lesson. 

All make-up lessons must be completed within the term of the missed lessons. No lessons may be carried over to the following term. 

A credit may be considered if the student misses 3 consecutive weeks for a medical reason, upon presentation of a Doctor’s Certificate with a valid reason not to attend swimming. This will be at the discretion of Bangkok Swim Academy.
