The Bangkok Elite Swim Team (BEST) are the current National Short Course Champions of Thailand, with a team that boasts two coaches that have represented Thailand at the highest level; Olympic and World Championship Representation. We currently have 7 senior swimmers on the SEA Games Team for Team Thailand, and take more than 50 swimmers to compete at the National Championships each year in April.

 

BEST aims to provide the highest quality training facilities for its swimmers to nurture them through to being the very best that they can be. With a 6-squad competitive program spread over 3 training venues, both 25m and 50m pool access, a functional training facility at the BEST Aquatic Center, and a dedicated qualified coaching team at all levels, from Junior competitive through to Senior International; the club aims to provide a pathway unrivaled within South East Asia.

 

Our competitive program starts at age 7 yrs old, and complements the Learn to Swim program, providing a stepping stone into more structured squad training within a group environment. We offer competition exposure for our members both internally and externally, and for the older age groups we also look to attend a number of overseas meets each year. Our squad coaches recommend suitable meets based on the swimmers age, experience and maturity, and steers clear of the one-size-fits-all model.
